TEMP TO HIRE
This special service allows you to evaluate a future employee before making a permanent commitment, and helps avoid costly staffing mistakes.
PLANNED STAFFING
Assists the client by meeting fluctuating or seasonal staffing needs. This program may include customized training and orientation if desired.
PAYROLLING
A special program offered to clients who utilize the services of certain personnel, but choose not to include them on their payroll.
EMERGENCY STAFFING
Designed to provide professional, skilled, or semi-skilled personnel at a moment’s notice.

OUR EMPLOYEES
TCG thoroughly screens and test employees before sending them on an assignment. We guarantee their work performance, but if you are dissatisfied with their skills and work behavior for any reason, we ask that you notify us within the first (4) hours of the assignment and you will not be charged.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
1 We are the employer of record.
2 TCG pays all local, state, and federal taxes.
3 TCG pays all unemployment insurance taxes.
4 TCG deducts all Social Security and employer contributions.
5 TCG maintains all personnel/ payroll records.
6 TCG pays employees by check.
7 TCG pays all Workman’s Compensation insurance and claims.
